Pre-school Admissions

Children can join our pre-school at the start of the term that falls after their third birthday. The pre-school is made up of three different sessions: morning, afternoon and full days. The timings for these sessions are as follows: 

Morning: 8.40am – 11.40am 

Afternoon: 12.15am – 3.15pm 

Full Time: 8.40am – 3.15pm

(please note that a full day session does not include a free lunch, children must be eleigible for free school meals, bring a packed lunch or pay for a school lunch)

You can apply for any of the above sessions however, if we are able to offer you a place in our pre-school, we cannot guarantee an offer of your requested session. 

All three and four year olds are entitled to receive 15 hours free of charge. We also provide full time places where the family is eligible to receive the 30 hour funding. You can find more information regarding this by visiting the government website: https://www.gov.uk/30-hours-free-childcare . If at any point you are no longer eligible to receive this funding, you will be required to pay any remaining fees. 

To apply for a place at our pre-school, please contact the school to obtain a pre-school application form. Once completed please bring a copy of your child’s passport and proof of address to the main school office with your application.  

Please note: the offer of a Pre-school place does not guarantee the offer of a place in Reception.
